It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, sister-in- law, aunt, and dear friend on March 17, 2022, at the age of 78.
Predeceased by her mother Alice and father Nils, she is survived by her children Ken, Kathy (Clive), and Chris (Kim), grandchildren Alissa, Leah, Jake, and Kyla, brother Cliff (Davena), nephew David (Astrid), children Amorie and Kieran, and nephew Colin.
Marian was born in Victoria December 27, 1943, and moved with her family to settle in Duncan in 1946. While she lived quietly in Duncan most of her life, she had many opportunities to live and travel abroad with her family and friends. She had the opportunity to see many places and meet a lot of people with whom she loved interacting with during her travels.
We wish to thank the nurses and doctors of Royal Jubilee Hospital Cardiovascular Unit and Coronary Care Unit for their excellent care of Marian during her treatment there.
As per Marian's request, no service will be held.
