In Loving Memory ~

Margaret was born in Kamloops, British Columbia, the only child of Nicholas and Mary Trnovsky.

She is survived by her much-loved children Brian (Sharon), Dennis (Cindy), Marianne (Malcolm ), Michelle (Roy), her grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. She also had many family members in her extended Henstock Family.

She was pre-deceased by her husband, Gordon, on April 12th, 2013.

Her family was the most important part of her life, and she cherished all the family get-togethers. She and Gordon resided in Burnaby, Nanaimo, Cranbrook, back to Nanaimo, and then finally to Parksville. Wherever they lived, she made many good friends and always had her door open to those who knew her.

When back in Parksville, she volunteered at the Food Bank and also at the Salvation Army Food Kitchen. She made many new friends at Parksville Seniors Centre and always looked forward to playing bridge. She was social and loved to make new connections.

Special thanks to Rita, Wendy, Al, and Kurtis for helping her through these times of need.

A service will be held for family, extended family, and Margaret's friends, on Friday, October 25th, at Eaglecrest Gold Course, starting at 11 AM.

In lieu of flowers please consider donating to the Parksville Soup Kitchen.
