With sadness, we announce the untimely passing of Leah on the 24th of November at Comox Valley's North Island Hospital in Courtenay. Leah is survived by her parents Jeanie and Wayne Blasco, her husband William C. Folks and their daughter Ella Rose Folks. Always singing, Leah loved music. She loved hip-hop and Snoop Dogg. Leah put all her time into her daughter, and she was always available to help others and offer advice. She enjoyed going for walks, decorating for holidays, watching shows cuddled up to her husband and building her Sweet Legs collection. Leah had a tremendous love of red roses, hence Ella's middle name. A celebration of Leah's life will take place on January 31st, the day after her birthday. There will be a Facebook announcement sometime in early January.
