It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Ken on February 4, 2020. Ken's family and friends were blessed with a small window of time to share love, laughs, and stories as he was diagnosed with cancer and
quickly over come by the disease.
Ken's life was filled with great love, family, adventures, and laughs. Ken was lucky to have two loves, Juanita Jones (nee McCabe) and years after her passing in 1999 he met and fell in love with Terri Beckley who was with him in his final hours.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife and best friend of 11 years, Terri; his children Jason, Shaine (Tanya), Katrina and Sonya; his stepdaughter Tanisha (Robbie); his grandchildren Brandan and Ella; his siblings Dale (Jim), Dorris and Terry (Diane); as well as a large extended family and many close friends.
He was taken way too soon from those that knew and loved him and will be greatly missed but remembered fondly by the roar of a passing Harley, the rustling of the wind through tree branches or the flutter of the wings of a purple dragon fly.
A celebration of life will be held at Ken and Terri's home in Shawnigan Lake on Saturday, May 23rd at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the BC Wildlife Federation (https://bcwf.bc.ca/).
