September 18, 1969 - May 14, 2021
With heavy hearts announce the sudden passing of Keith, son of Rod & Pat, brother of Sharon (Calvin), father of Tyson, uncle of Melissa (Sean) & Samantha (Craig), many Aunts, Uncles, & Cousins. Keith is also predeceased by his grandparents & an Uncle.
Keith was born & raised in Campbell River. Growing up he enjoyed baseball, soccer, bmx, family road trips across the globe, hunting, fishing, dirt biking. He was most happy in nature & loved his family deeply in his own way.
He was a hard working heavy duty mechanic all of his adult life.
Keith also had a silly side that we loved & will cherish always.
Unfortunately his internal struggles were too deeply real & he surrendered himself to the other side where he will forever be free. Fight or flight is now over & he is now resting in peace.
A huge thank you to our Families, friends... your compassionate love & support gives us the extra strength & courage to move forward a little easier.

It's hard to imagine how dark he did feel
Even as the sun shone bright.
He seemed always trapped in fight or flight
It's hard to absorb this is all really real
His struggles are now over & ours have begun
With the realization he was really done.
I hope you're at peace now my brother
I will find strength for our father and mother
You have a new view & now you will see
Clearly how much you meant to me.
