Kay passed away peacefully on June 2, 2019 at "The Gardens'. She will be sadly missed by the family and friends.
She is survived by her two daughters; Cheryle (Ted), Angela (Barri), stepson Terry (Linda), grandchildren; Bryan (Michelle), Michael (Lily), Amy (Josh), Rachele (Keith), great grandchildren; Jack, Will, Keira, Owen, Hunter and Jacob.
Mom is a long time member of the "Order of the Eastern Star". She loved to garden, knit, sew and go for walks. She loved her family and the simple things in life.
The family of Kay would like to thank the staff at "The Gardens", for the compassionate care mom received.
A "Celebration of Life" will be held at St. Mary's Angelican Church, 2600 Powder Point Road, Nanoose Bay, BC on Friday, June 21st at 1:30 pm followed by a tea provided by the Eastern Star members.
