Joyce Rhodes passed away peacefully on February 1, 2018.
Born in Ontario, she became a West Coaster in the late 1960s. A long-time employee of the Vancouver Island Regional Library, Joyce had a wide range of interests during her years in Sidney/North Saanich: she was a member of the Celebration Society, Secretary for Emergency Measures, a docent at the Sidney Museum, a volunteer at the Saanich Peninsula Hospice and, most recently, a supporter of the Friends of the Library (Sidney/North Saanich) and the Compassionate Resource Warehouse.
Joyce will be much missed by her many friends in Sidney and Victoria.
Joyce is loved and mourned by her children Doug (Louise), Barb (Rick) and Jamie (Zoe).
