On December 27, 2019 at the age of 94, the spirited and compassionate heart of Joyce Randle (née Parlette) came to rest. She was predeceased by two husbands, Vernon Ray Stone and Allen Randle, her oldest son Roy Joseph Stone, her brothers Frank, Jim, Guy, Neil and Ross. Joyce's love, bright spirit and laughter will be deeply missed by her surviving siblings Mary, Ed and Ron and their spouses, her surviving children Bruce, Cathy, Verna, Kenny, Valerie, Donny, Carl, Jeff and Arlene and their partners, all her grandchildren and great grandchildren and her numerous friends.
Joyce touched countless lives within the wider community. She was a true caregiver to all. We have been so blessed to have had her in our lives. She was a bright light, a beacon of hope and love. We all hold the light of her love within us, and may that light give us comfort in our sorrow.
A heartfelt thank you to the doctors, nurses and support staff at the NRGH for their excellent care and to the members of Joyce's home support team.
In lieu of flowers please make a donation to your favourite charity in her memory. Her service will be held at St. Peter's Catholic Parish on January 17, 2020 at "high noon".
