July 8, 1937 - July 31, 2020
Joyce passed away peacefully, after a sustained battle with Alzheimer's Dementia.
Proud, Independent and Outspoken, Joyce was a successful self employed Business Women, who enjoyed aiding and working with the Roman Catholic Church.
She was a long time volunteer and advocate for persons with Mental Health conditions, in particular the Down Syndrome Community.
Joyce is survived by her son Terry Rolfe (spouse Betty Levy), her daughter Kimberley Rolfe, her 3 grandchildren and her extended family of step grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Due to the Global Health situation, as per the Family, there will be no service or funeral.
