John (Jack) McLeod
April 11, 1934 ~ October 25, 2017
John was born in Pouce Coupe, BC, grew up in Victoria where he met and married his best friend Claudia.
He worked for many years at HMC Dockyard, raising his family in Esquimalt then retired to Cobble Hill.
John was a loving father to Debbie (died 1975), Richard (Barb), and Tricia (Jeff) and a wonderful Grandfather to Leah, Matt, Colleen and Mandi.
Besides his family his greatest joys were his community, friends, and the outdoors.
John passed away peacefully at Cairnsmore Place, the family wishes to thank the staff at Cairnsmore for their care and empathy. John's wit, charm and compassion will be sorely missed.
A celebration of life will be held at the Cobble Hill Farmers Institute Hall 3550 Watson Ave, Cobble Hill on Friday, November 3rd at 1:00 pm.
