June 7, 1924 - February 8, 2021
Jack passed away in Eagle Park Care Facility, Qualicum Beach.
He was predeceased by his wife Alida, his sister, 4 brothers and a nephew.
He leaves to mourn, daughter Anita (Jim), granddaughter Victoria (Murray), grandson Keith, great granddaughter Taylor, and in Scotland, brothers Ian and Eric (Rhona) 4 nieces and 1 nephew. The family wish to extend to all the staff at Eagle Park their heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful care and love Dad received in his last 5 years. Thank you all! Thanks also to Margaret for your friendship and faithful visits to Dad as well as your friendship to me.
