Jessica Lee Cabot

Jessica Lee Cabot, born June 1, 1991 in Edmonton, AB, passed away peacefully on October 1, 2019 in Vancouver, BC at the age of 28. She was predeceased by her Stepfather Harvey Skerratt, Grandparents and Nana Jeanann. Jessica is survived by her parents Christine Skerratt and Wayne Cabot; grandparents Isabel & John and Judy (Terry), Harold (Pam) and Poppa Dick; sisters, Erica (Jeff), Melanie (Sead); stepsisters, Tara (Cordero), Selene, stepbrother Sloan (Nikki) also many aunts, uncle and cousins.
Jessica was an amazingly talented young lady who loved music, sang like an angel and played a number of musical instruments. Despite her disability, Jessica excelled at everything she did. As a child she enjoyed horseback riding, skiing and swimming to name a few. She was strong, independent and enjoyed traveling especially to the United States. Her greatest achievement was being an organ donor, giving the "Gift of Life" to two others. She will be forever in our hearts.

Jessica's family will be having a get together in her memory on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at 3 pm, Comox Valley Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre, 1101 Ryan Road, Courtenay.
