It is with broken hearts and profound sadness that we announce the sudden and tragic passing of our precious Jenna Zarantonello, aged 16 in Vancouver, B.C. Jenna was born June 13, 2005 in Port Alberni to parents, Tyler Zarantonello and Tara Miller.
Jenna was a strong-willed young lady who loved her family, friends and pets. Jenna adored dancing and singing, and was eager to perform for anyone lucky enough to be present. Jenna was also a skilled gymnast who excelled quickly in this sport.
Jenna could often be found proudly displaying her talents in the form of flips and cartwheels on the lawn and trampoline with the largest smile upon her face. Jenna was so beautiful! Jenna enjoyed being outdoors- camping, swimming at the lake, and quadding with her dad (particularly being towed behind in the snow)- these were some of her favourite times.
Jenna is and will always be missed by her parents, Tyler and Tara, and grandparents Terry Morrison and John Schut. Jenna's older brother, Brennan Miller, has been left with a particularly huge hole in his heart as he and Jenna had a special bond, and she absolutely adored and looked up to him.
Also, of mention who have been left to mourn Jenna are her two younger brothers, Daniel and Liam; step-mothers, Carrie Wasyluk and Sheena Pley; step-siblings Mackenzi, Briar and Archer; Aunty Angie and cousin Alanna; Uncle Al and cousin Jaydan; auntie Mary and Uncle Doug; Uncle Danny and Aunty Sue as well numerous others.
A Celebration of life to honour Jenna will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion in Port Alberni, B.c. on August 22, 2021 from 12:30 to 4:30 pm.
