September 15, 1989 - October 15, 2020
It's with heavy hearts that we continue sharing news of the sudden passing of Jason.
Born on September 15th, 1989, Jay was a happy child full of love and big smiles. He cherished his family and friends with all of his heart, and was known for doing the silliest things just to make others smile.
Jay is survived by so many who will always love him, which include his partner, Matt; his mom and dad, Joe and Mary, his brother Matt and sister, Melissa (Chris) niece and nephew, Taylor and Ryan and of course his beloved Oma (Willy) and very special Auntie Joan. There are many more Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and friends, we know. He loved you all.
Jay is remembered for his love of music, there wasn't a song he didn't know. He loved his animals, including dog and cat (Sydney and Syble) and always wanted to be near family and friends who in turn loved him so much.
Jay, we know you're in heaven now, with Grandma (Tina), Grandpa (Ollie), Opa (Bill), Oma (Jo) and many others by your side to take care of you. We love you with all of our hearts. Words cannot explain the emptiness that we feel without you. We will miss you until the end of time or until the day we reunite.
Love your family and friends, always
