Horst Wist passed away peacefully on January 20, 2019 at the age of 88. He is predeceased by his wife the love of his life, Elsa Wist.
His is survived by many loving relatives in B.C., Alberta and Germany.
Horst was born on February 22, 1930 in Hanover, Germany. He immigrated to Canada and became a mine captain.
Horst was an avid outdoorsman, gardener and dancer.
He led an accomplished life.
