May 21, 1954 - September 6, 2019
On Friday September 6th Holly passed in to the loving arms of her son Haimish Peeke-Vout, father and mother Doug and June Lewis, nephew Kyle McIver and many more family members that were waiting for her on the other side.
Holly is survived by her longtime partner Rob Cooke, daughter Sara(Randy), sister Jean(Neil), brother Jorg(Tina), granddaughters Jessica, Ada, Reese, grandson Michael, great granddaughter Bella, niece Brye(Quinton), great niece Carol and many loving family members and friends in Nanaimo and Campbell River.
The family would like to thank Campbell River Hospital staff members; Dr. Coetzee, Melissa, Lynsey and Stacey for being there for our family and making Holly's last hours comfortable.
We would also like to thank Campbell River Homecare, the wonderful palliative care nurses and the Assertive Community Treatment staff for all of your love and support.
