Henry (Harry) Arthur Thompson born June 2nd, 1923 in Vancouver, B.C. passed away peacefully on Feb. 15th, 2021. He was predeceased by his wife of 68 years, Clara Alice Thompson in 2015. Also sister Ruth Horne, brother in law Roger Horne, brother David Thompson.
He survived by brother Doug Thompson (Sheila) of Sherwood park, Alberta, sister in law Lois Thompson, Edmonton, Alberta, brother in law Merton Wolf, Rocky Mountain House, Alberta, daughter Kathleen Douglas (Leonard) of Nanoose Bay, Patricia Tutte (Rick), of Qualicum Beach, son Alan Thompson (Joann) of Brentwood Bay, son Richard Thompson, Victoria. In addition, he had 5 loving grandchildren, Kim Reading, (Jamie) Ryan Tutte, Scott McConachie, (Sherry) Pamala Garrow (Mike) and Jade Thompson, some great children,. Kayleigh Ferris (Joe), Troy Reading, Billy Garrow, Mikaela Garrow, Brandon Tutte, Liam Tutte, and one great, great, granddaughter, Alexa Ferris.
The staff of Bayview in Stanford Place were wonderful to him for the many years he was there. Thank you all. At a later date, mom & dads' ashes will be taken to a Thompson Family plot in Rocky Mountain House Alberta.
A life well lived, dad. You will be dearly missed. Rest well with mom.
