He travelled widely to Europe, the Caribbean and other warm locations. In addition, Henry was forever taking pictures and has left us with an extensive picture story of his beautiful life.
Henry was committed to keeping in touch with family and friends near and far. He was a great conversationalist with sharp insight. He was a lively character in the community making people smile with his jokes wherever he went.
Cremation and a celebration of life took place at Piper's Lagoon where Henry enjoyed many moments in nature.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Dr. Ontko, Dr. Olivier and the RN's at NRGH medical daycare. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Nanaimo Hospital Foundation https://nanaimohospitalfoundation.com/donate/.
