It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Graham Ashton on August 14, 2022, at the age of 58 in Ucluelet, BC.
Graham was born in West Yorkshire, England on December 11, 1963. In May of 1971 he emigrated to Canada with his family where they took up residence in Kamloops, BC. In the mid eighties Graham moved to Parksville, BC where he became a journeyman carpenter. He was working in Tofino, BC at the time of his passing.
Graham was pre-deceased by his parents Harold and Mildred Ashton. He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law Elaine and Martin Greenwood (Blind Bay, BC) his three nephews Craig (Calgary, AB), Darren, Jessica, great niece Emma and great nephew Tyson (Kamloops, BC) and Kevin (Kamloops, BC).
He is also survived by his very close friend Laurie Nold (Parksville, BC) and her family.
Graham was a hardworking, trusting, honest and loyal friend to many and he will be greatly missed.
There will be no funeral service, instead do an act of kindness for someone in need and think of Graham.
