It is with sadness that we announce "Grandmas" death on Feb 25th, 2018 at the age of 87 years.
Predeceased by husbands Bert Bryant and Robert Dailey, she leaves behind her three children, David (Debbie), Joyce (Darrell), Doug (Pauline), grandchildren Cintra, Darryl, Mark and Jamie and great grandchildren Curtis and Harris.
Born in Mossbank, Saskatchewan, she came to Port Alberni as a young woman where she met and married Bert Bryant and together they had three children. Bert died in 1965 and a few years later she met and married Robert Dailey. Newlyweds Robert and Grace travelled to Hawaii and around North America bringing back any "snips" of plants she was allowed.
She loved to garden and was proud of her home which she lived in with her pets until shortly before her passing. You always knew that when you stopped by for a visit there was an ice cream bucket filled with home baking and a cup of coffee with a heavy serving of hospitality waiting. She will be missed very much.
Following Mom's wishes, no formal service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to a charity of your choice.
