Glenna Elaine Gordon

May 17, 1954 – December 22, 2021
With a broken hearts we announce the passing of my twin sister Glenna Elaine Gordon. (May l7, 1954 – December 22, 2021)
Glenna was predeceased by her father SGT William Robert (Bob) Gordon – August 1976, Mother Mary Iris Gordon (Hazen) – January 2010 and brother Francis (Frank) Robert Gordon – March 2019.
Glenna is survived by her twin sister Lynne Halaliku (Peni), nephews Rob(W.R) , David & Kiko (Alana) along with four great nephews Zion, Talanoa, Mana & Rory. Also, she leaves behind families of the heart Lee & Pat Knight and family, Jan & Bob Collins and family, partner in crime Cole Clark and extended family in Hawaii, Utah, Washington and Alaska.
Upon graduating from NDSS Glenna worked with Frank J. Ney Notary for approximately 20 years. While working with Frank she also started working part time for Great Canadian Casinos in 1986. Glenna remained in the gaming industry until retiring in March 2021. While in the gaming industry she worked for Great Canadian Casinos for 6 years then moved on to Princess Cruise Lines.
Her gaming career took her to many places in the world while working for Princess Cruise Lines where she started as a croupier then worked her way up to Manager of the casinos on a number of the grand class ships. Glenna stayed with Princess for approximately 14 years then returned home to be near family. Upon her return she also returned to Great Canadian Casinos as a shift Manager at View Royal Casino.
Glenna’s love for family and friends was always present and anyone lucky to be part of Glenna’s circle knew they were loved.
A celebration of our Glenna will be held later.
