November 1, 1930 - December 25, 2019
Trudy was born in Vienna, Austria where she grew up and later immigrated to Canada in 1956 settling in Prince George. She then relocated to Vancouver becoming one of the first IBM operators and where she met her future husband, Marcel. Trudy spent many years working for Canadian Pacific Airlines and later running her own restaurant in downtown Vancouver.
During the eighties, Trudy and Marcel moved to Courtenay and owned and operated Appey's Restaurants with their son, Michael.
Trudy is predeceased by her husband, Marcel Moisson.
She is survived by her sister, Elisabeth Schlager (Vienna, Austria), son Michael (Yvonne) Moisson (Mill Bay) and grandchildren, Nyles and Chanelle Moisson.
She will be remembered as a giving and caring person to those she came in contact with.
