In Loving Memory ~
We are saddened to announce that George Robert Macdonald, passed away on Sunday, September 3, 2023.
George had many great years with family and friends. He loved to go out fishing, in Nanaimo waters, and to the West Coast for big salmon.
George was a wonderful Steel Guitar player and enjoyed getting together with his guitar friends.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon of 62 years, his two sons, Brent Macdonald and Michael Macdonald, and Mike’s wife Tammy Macdonald, grandchildren, Joshua Macdonald, Riley Macdonald and Matteo Macdonald, and brother Ernie Vaio.
George is now in the Loving care of His Lord and Savior. Memorial Service to be held on Saturday, September 23rd at 3 pm at the First Baptist Church on 1650 Waddington Rd, Nanaimo, BC, V9S 4W3.
