Wife of the late Glen Duncan. Survived by three daughters Leigh Broadbent, Lorna Duncan and Bobbi Duncan.
Predeceased by parents -Louis and Anna Sacht.
The grand-daughter of Hans Otto Sacht and Dorthea Sacht.William and Imogene Kelsey. Both families were early pioneers of Sayward Valley and Kelsey Bay.
First and foremost she was truly a lady. Family was very important . She was always interested and listened to the person speaking to her.
Learning was her passion. Mom excelled and accomplished any task that passed her way.
She definitely was the complete package. Homemaker , chef-BCIT, business woman -Pittman's business school in Vancouver and author of Sayward for Kelsey Bay. This book was a labour of love for her community. Mom lead an amazing life!
I would dare to believe if you looked above on a clear night that the brightest twinkling star is probably mom. She is just continuing the last part of her journey.
