Floyd Robert Daniels, 83, passed away April 12, 2021 in Campbell River.
Floyd is survived by his wife, Wendy, his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Floyd had a long and enriched life. Born in San Francisco, Floyd served in the U.S Navy during the Korean War.
After an honourable discharge, Floyd became a mechanic and later immigrated to Canada with his family and opened a service station in Prince George. Floyd finished his career by working for Kal Tire.
Floyd enjoyed many outdoor activities including, walking his dog, fishing, mushroom picking, and drives on long forgotten roads. Horseshoe games were a treasured pass time of Floyd's and often won backyard tournaments to claim the prized trophy.
The SPCA was a special place for Floyd. In lieu of flowers, a contribution to the SPCA to help animals, like his beloved Sophie, would be appreciated.
