Flora was born in Port Alberni and married Fred Corman in 1943, who she loved through good times and bad.
They lived in Jordan River, Port Alice, Burnaby, West Van and Parksville. In Parksville she designed their dream house and they had a great time building it. She loved the environment, family dinners, the CBC (Stuart Mclean), playing bridge, chocolate and white wine, her friends at Knox Church, picking blackberries, jigsaw puzzles, but most of all her grandkids, great grandkids and many nieces and nephews. She loved this life and had a good time in it.
Flora will be missed by all who knew her, especially her kids who she loved, John(Siri) of Nanaimo, Elisabeth(Peter) of Vancouver and Don(Holly) of Montreal.
Thanks to the loving caregivers at The Gardens at Qualicum Beach.
You are my sunshine, Mom.
