Ev was born in Glendon Alberta, the fourth of seven children.
In 1967, she moved to Port McNeill with her husband George, predeceased, and their five children. She worked at Shop Rite for 28 years while running a very busy household. She is well remembered for her baking, crocheting, brutal card playing skills and her love of country music and baseball. She was an extraordinary fastball pitcher, playing into her forties. She loved travelling, fishing and camping with her husband in their boat and motor home. She was a devoted wife, loving Mother, Grandma and Great Grandma. Babies gave her so much joy!
There will be no service at her request.
The family wishes to thank her Doctors, nurses and caregivers for the kind and loving professional care she received. She will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her.
