Fondly known as "Sebya" or "Sylvia" was born on March 1, 1945 in Tagbilaran, Bohol, Philippines passed on to be with the Lord Jesus on March 29, 2022 at 1:15PM. She "grew up" with the Blas family since 1954 in Quirino, Quezon City. She was sponsored to come to Canada about 1990 as nanny. In 1992, she was trained on the job, came to join the care team at Dwelling Place. She devoted her life working for same for almost 30 years. She will be missed by friends who have come to know her.
A memorial service is being planned by Dwelling Place to remember this beloved friend, worker.
