Anita passed away June 29th at the age of 93, born December 27th, 1925 in Thunder Bay, Ontario and grew up and spent part her life in Thunder Bay. She was the youngest of 8 siblings. Married to Ronald Tresidder on May 16, 1959 and they moved to the Comox Valley in 1965 were Anita wrote a column for the local newspaper, as she had also done in Thunder Bay.
Anita had excellent writing skills and was quite humble about herself. She got along with everyone. An amazing friend with a beautiful joyful soul. Anita's last few years were spent at Chemainus Care Centre where she loved dancing, music and walks with her friend Elsa.
Her husband Ronald Jack Tresidder predeceased Anita (November 11, 1928 - February 25, 2015).
A private family service will be held.
