Donna Gail Johnston, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly, but at peace, on April 21st, 2020 at Cowichan District Hospital.
Born in Vancouver, British Columbia on October 25, 1944. A blue-eyed beauty - from Debutante, to dedicated Social Worker and Mother, Donna never ceased to amaze with her insight into the human condition. Donna struck a chord with everyone who knew her.
She loved boating, vacationing, and chilling with Fuzzy, the love of her life - her children, grandchildren and friends. A quick phone call with Donna could lift our spirits and pull us out of the mud. Donna will be remembered as a compassionate, loving, caring, fun and generous wife, mother, and nana.
Donna will be lovingly remembered by her children: Adam (Tarina), Jessica (Sven), Damon (Megan), Hayden; grandchildren: Nicholas, Alexandra, Madeleine, Ace, Violet, Sophie, Finley as well as extended family and friends: Margaret and Les Desfosses, Rick and Linda Love and Shannon Roome.
