It is with deep sadness the family of Don Allen announces his passing with his loving family by his side.
He leaves behind his loving wife Ruth of 58 years, son Randy (Hayley) and daughter Cheryl (Gord).
His pride and joy were his grandchildren who all called him either "Pomp" or "Papa". They are Tamara, Keirsten, Tyler, Kala, Garret, Carson, Kasidy and three great grandchildren Ava, Aria and Lawson.
A special thank you to Dr. Kenny, Dr. Law, the girls at the medical clinic, Marla, Leslie, the V.I.H.A. caregivers and special nurse Gayle from the pain clinic. Also, special thanks to Nurses Kaylee and Robb for all their special care and compassion at the end.
A Memorial will be held on Saturday, March 23rd at 2 pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses, 1581 Dingwall Road, Courtenay, BC.
