Passed away peacefully at the age of 77 at Westhaven. Predeceased by her husband Giovanni Crema; father Armando and Mother Ezia and younger brother Rino. Survived by her children Carla Crema and Rickey Crema; grandchildren Jared and Gianni Crema.
The family would like to extend their gratitude and thanks to the staff at Westhaven for the incredible care Dina received. A private family service will be held at a later time. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Dina's memory to a charity of one's choice.
