Mr. David "Sparrow" Lindsay died peacefully in Campbell River Hospital on December 6th, 2018 in Campbell River, British Columbia at the age of 66.
David is survived by his siblings, Linda and Doug, his son, Dawson Lindsay and granddaughter Adriana Lindsay.
David was born on July 31st in Saskatoon Saskatchewan. After moving to Revelstoke, BC David opened Rainbow Country Sports of which he was the sole proprietor. David's son remembers him as a patient father who encouraged him to pursue his goals.
Later in life, David worked in the oil patch as a skilled equipment operator. He was a generous, witty and dedicated individual who loved the outdoors and who was passionate about fishing, horticulture, and hiking. He was an active and dedicated member of the community and often helped those who needed it the most.
