It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Dave Sheridan "Dallas Dave," beloved husband, son, brother, nephew, cousin, son-in-law and friend.

Dave was born in Terrace, BC, growing up in both Terrace and Campbell River. Dave had an adventurous spirit and was always willing to try something new. He enjoyed a variety of sports including BMX, hockey, softball, skiing, basketball, rugby and skate boarding.

He also loved fishing, both sports and commercial. Dave was deeply loved and will be missed by his wife Erin, mother Sharon Unwin, father Murray, brother Troy, aunt Shirley Silvaggio, cousin Shauna Arnold and his family in England, Dave & Sharon Knight, Simon & Fiona Taylor, Ben & Shani Weston, Aisling & Bjorg, Ronan, Alice and Jack.

His first love was music and Dave became an accomplished musician, playing in a local band 'Jokers Wild.' In 1997 while playing in a Vancouver band, 'Malachie Crunch,' the band decided to move to London, UK.

There, Dave met the love of his life, Erin, were married, and lived in Headley, UK near Erin's wonderful family. Dave loved the outdoors, working in the landscaping business for many years. Erin and Dave had their own band 'Our Dead Cats' where he also enjoyed songwriting.

Dave was a kind and compassionate person with a wonderful sense of humour. Sadly, Dave had problems with his kidneys and was on dialysis, waiting for a new kidney.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 11:00 am, followed by refreshments, at the Centre for Spiritual Living, 516 South Dogwood St, Campbell River, BC. For those who wish, a charitable donation may be made in Dave's memory to the Kidney Foundation.

Farewell, dear Dave, as you take your journey of passing. Our love and blessings take with you to your rest. May you soon rejoin the Dance of Life.
