Darlene Fay O'Keefe passed away September 27, 2021, ending her pain from many medical complications.
Born in Davidson, Sask., moved to B.C., Vancouver Island, Duncan in 1959. Married to Wayne O'Keefe for 60 years.
Predeceased by her father Howard Hagen, mother Mildred Tetreult, sisters Helen Wall, Francis Hewit, Thelma Hoepner, brother Dwight Hagen.
Left to mourn are husband Wayne O'Keefe, son Gordon (Sharlene) O'Keefe, daughter Roxanne (Perry) Shea, grandson Christopher Bullen, sisters Sharon (Fred) Dysart, Iness Brown, many nieces and nephews.
