Passed away on December 13, 2018 at the age of 87. He was the beloved husband of the late Linda Poland. He leaves in sorrow his cherished children John, Wendy and Richard (Wendy) as well as his adored grandchildren Christian, Jayden, Megan and Kaitlyn. Cornelis also leaves his brother Ys (Chrissy) and many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Please join us for a Celebration of Life for Cornelis (Casey) Poland will take place on: Sunday, March 17, 2019 at 1:00 pm at the Cherry Creek Community Hall (3720 Moore Rd, Port Alberni, BC V9Y 8R8).
In Memory of Cornelis, donations to the Western Vancouver Island Industrial Heritage Society or to the Saanich Peninsula Palliative Care Unit would be greatly appreciated.
