The family is sad to announce Chester's passing on January 8th. He is survived by his wife Sena, two daughters Dianna Bowlby and Linda Aitken (Keith), 5 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by all his loving family and by his wife's family (the Millans and Coutu's).
Chester owned and ran a motor rewinding company, AC Electric on Nicol St. for many years, then he owned and ran an RV park called Parkland Trailer Court in Lantzville for several years then he retired.
Chester loved to square dance & belonged to the Nanaimo AMALGAMAITORS SQUARE DANCE Club for well over 40 years. He religiously listened to the news & read a newspaper daily to keep up with current events in the world. We gratefully thank the nurses & doctors for their tender care of Chester while in the hospital.
There will be a celebration of his life in the spring.
