In loving memory ~
With a heavy heart we announce the passing of Cheryl on May 31st, 2022, at the age of 74, after a short but courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by family.
Cheryl is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 49 years Mike, her sons Jeff (Alison), Jasen (Tonya) and her grandchildren, Max, Jordan, Maddie and Tavin, brothers Bryce & Marlin as well as many nieces and nephews, relatives, and a HUGE fan club. Her family and friends were her world.
Cheryl was born in Essex County, ON, and moved with Mike and the boys to the small town of Port Alice, BC in 1981, finally residing in Campbell River for the last 20+ years.
There is a huge void in our family and life will never be the same without her. She is deeply missed. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Campbell River Hospital, special thanks go out to the many nurses who kept Cheryl comfortable during this difficult time and Dr. Noel for her compassion and support.
