Carolyn Shirley Dowell
Sadly, Carolyn passed away at Cowichan District Hospital on May 9, 2023. Carolyn was predeceased by her parents, Eric and Shirley and her brother Brian. She is remembered by siblings, Greg and Ellen and their families. She will be missed by her friend Selah and many others in the Cowichan Valley.
