In loving memory ~
Carole passed away at Trillium Lodge Hospice, after a short battle with cancer.
She was under the compassionate and loving care of their staff of nurses, and with family by her side. She was predeceased by her parents, John and Annie Bell, and her brother Larry Bell. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Gordon Almond, her daughters Janet and Victoria, her son Jeffery, and her grandsons George and John.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the VIHA staff for the help they gave Carole through her final months. The doctors, nurses, paramedics, and care aids, were consistently professional, compassionate and caring. We also wish to thank the Oceanside Hospice Society for all their generous support.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations are made to their favorite charity in Carole's memory.
A funeral service will be held for Carole at Yates Memorial Services on Thursday, February 23rd at 1:00pm for family and friends.
