July 10, 1953 - May 23, 2021
Bufi passed in peace on May 23, 2021. She lived a colourful life, enjoying travel at every opportunity, meeting people and making many new friends from all walks of life. Some of her favourite pastimes were listening to music, volunteering at MusicFest, spending time with animals, reading, writing and photography.
Bufi had a giving heart and gave much of her time and energy to helping others. She was quietly strong with a beautifully gentle soul.
Predeceased by her parents Vern and Martha Tillesen. Survived by brother Steve Tillesen (Lori) and chosen brother and room mate Glen Pimlott.
Rest long in the arms of your mother Bufi. Though we may smile when we think of you we will be missing you.
Celebration of Life will be held upstairs at the Courtenay Legion Friday June 18th from 2 til 5.
