Following a courageous six month battle with cancer, the indomitable spirit of Bryan Mackness was set free to soar with the eagles.
Bryan faced the many challenges of his last months with humour, dignity and grace. His family were very blessed to have shared this time with him; to come together to create the rich mosaic of his life.
His love stays here forever in the hearts of his family: Heather & Peter; Tim (Lana, Leah, Timothy); daughter Kristin; Jackie and children Katlyn, Chantelle, Nickole, Justin.
Waiting for him in the light are his mother Ramona, father Sam, and brother Ron.
The family would like to thank his many extraordinary friends, particularly his best friend Danny, for the love and support throughout.
Bryan would like us all to raise a toast to him where he most loved to be - outdoors in the sun or by the fire, with music and favourite memories. Be there, as he was, to lend a hand or a shoulder to someone in need.
