Our Dad, Brian Cash, passed away December 8th 2020 at the age of 73.
Brian was born in Vancouver and is predeceased by his parents Jack and Aileen (Binns) and Brother David; survived by his brother Derek.
Brian leaves behind his two beloved daughters Tammy and Tracy; and five grandsons Brandon, Brody, Travis, Justin and Jake.
He was born in Vancouver BC and moved to Nanaimo to continue his chosen career as an Insurance Adjuster. He created and ran his own business: BL Cash General Insurance Adjusters of Vancouver Island for many years.
Brian was active in many Service Clubs; i.e. Serauxmen, May Day Parade Society, and The Nanaimo Bathtub Society. He will be well remembered for both captaining the Big Bathtub and driving the little Bathtub Society Go-Cart in parades. He loved socializing and meeting people; and frequented many local pubs for a few pints with friends.
He loved the ocean and spent many hours relaxing and adventuring on his yacht - The Retreat.
He loved his Pomeranians and spoiled them with treats, car rides and lots of snuggles; Cindy, and Bella were well loved.
Brian requested no memorial. However, may those who knew him are invited to celebrate the warm and kind man that he was - and know that he is now out of pain, and at peace.
