Bernice leaves her son Justin Patrick Robert Foulis ( Sara), grandson Kade, partner Gord Blomfield, sister Cheryl BH Leukefeld ( George ), brother Fergus A. Foulis, many nieces, nephews and friends.
Bea grew up and attended school on Salt Spring Island. She moved to Vancouver then New Westminster before settling in Abbotsford. She joined the Matsqui Police Department, which amalgamated to the Abbotsford Police Department, as a civilian employee. She started her career as a dispatcher and later became the supervisor for Victim's Services. S
he loved her job and was employed by the APD for 37 years, retiring in 2016.
The last few years she has been fighting health issues. After a long battle she passed with those she loved around her.
The family would like to thank the staff at Abbotsford Regional Hospital, RENAL and ER departments for their care and kindness.
