It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Avril Chambers on August 8, 2020.
Avril loved her family and friends most in her life, she was very loved in return. She loved to listen and sing with "Her Heart" Roy, as he played the piano. She enjoyed gardening, art, music, travel, and family. Avril was married to "Her Heart" for 63 years and will be dearly missed by her loving husband and many family and friends.
Avril is survived by her husband Roy J. Chambers, her daughter Janine (Robin) Murphy of Errington, BC, sons Tim (Ann) Chambers of Saint Albert, Alberta and Wayne (Norene) Chambers of Victoria, grandchildren Tiffany, Justin, Brendan and Leah, great grandchildren Harrison, Brooklyn, London, Adrian, Myla and Chase and her brother Robin (Sheila) Day of Saint Albert and many loving extended family members and close friends.
She is predeceased by her parents Ethel and George Day.
Avril was very active with The Canadian Diabetes Association, Canadian blood donor Clinic Services and always a willing participant for The Parkinson's Society Walk to raise funds for research.
