In loving memory of Asta, we wish to announce the passing of our beloved her mother.
Predeceased by her husband, Wilhelm, and her son Jamie.
Survived by her brother Al (MJ), her children Kathy (Dave), John (Maggie), Betty Ann (Jim), all her grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, of whom she loved very much.
She spent many nursing years in maternity wards caring for newborn babies. This was her career.
A strong and resilient woman with an innate sense of humour she was always lending a helping hand with her friendly sweet smile to all who knew her.
Asta will be remembered for being the life of the party, also for her creative sewing, fine needle works, knitting, art and her caring nature and happy disposition.
Our family extends special thanks to Stanford Place all the staff, doctors, care aids, and nurses for their kind words of comfort in Asta's last days. She will be greatly missed by family and friends.
