It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Art Simons on February 9th, 2022, in Campbell River, BC, at the age of 85. Art was at home surrounded by his loving wife and family by his side.
Art leaves behind Noreen, his wife of nearly 64 years, their son Rick, granddaughter Jennifer and great grandchildren Roseline, Shay, Summer, and great-great grandson Westyn. Granddaughter-in-law Carolyn, great grandchildren Brandon, Austin, Colten, and Alyssa. As well as great-great grandchildren Ryden, Rio and Ayva.
Art was pre-deceased by his daughter Tammy, grandson Brian, and great-great grandson Tyson. Art's family would like to thank their homecare and nursing staff that provided such wonderful care for him over the last few months.
Art will be missed by many extended family members and wonderful lifelong friends.
A celebration of life will be held April 30th, 2022 1-3 pm at 1999 14th Ave Campbell River. Eagles Hall
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the BC Lung Association or a ''Charity of your choice''.
