Anna Knodel passed away April 11, 2019 at The Views in Comox. Born in Lohrhaupten, Germany on January 29, 1927.
Upon reaching adulthood she met and married Arthur Knodel. They arrived in Canada December 1953 to begin a new life and family in Edmonton, Alberta. Anna lived well and was well loved by all who knew her. She was a gentle soul - a mother, a homemaker and so much more. Anna was predeceased by her beloved husband Arthur, after 51 years of marriage, her brother Wilhelm and her parents. She is survived by her daughters Ingrid (Woody) and Rita (Bobby), four grandchildren, Jason (Monica), Justin (Lynny), Michelle, and Ryan, great grandchildren Derrick (Nicole), Alyssa, and Rebecca, plus great great grandchild Emma.
