Sadly we announce that Angela has passed away after a valiant battle with Cancer.
Angie was born in Yorkshire England just after WW2. Angela had an interesting life of travel being born into a military family and spent her youth growing up in England, France, Canada, and Germany and eventually in the USA where she married a military man and started raising her family. Her working life involved secretarial, administration and eventually a role within tourism and the Port Theatre in Nanaimo. Angie loved life's adventures and enjoyed sharing them with her family and friends.
She leaves behind her loving partner of the last 36 years Phil Lennstrom, faithful dog Laddie, her two sons Brian and Jason, brothers Andy and Dan Duff and their spouses Ruth and Gloria as well as extended family including Greg, Karen, and Cathy and five grand children and numerous nieces and nephews. She greatly valued her many friends and family and was a compassionate animal lover as well.
Angela will be greatly missed by all who knew her and a Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
