It is with devastating sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Sandy Hampton.
Born in Nakusp, Sandy spent the last 40 plus years in Nanaimo and was well liked and respected in business and the community. Sandy was kind hearted, intelligent and hilarious, and was rarely seen without his beloved dog Tica. He will be incredibly missed by his life partner Donna, son Brad, siblings Lori, Doug, Sue, Frank, Cora-lee, Jeanette and Joanne, and his many good friends and co-workers.
The family wishes to thank the amazing nurses and doctors in the palliative care unit of NRGH and the support of so many great family and friends.
No memorial will be held at this time.
